Welcome to DFW-Limo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including luxury transportation, airport transfers, chauffeurs, limousine, sedan, SUV, and related transportation services (“Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
Company / We / Us / Our refers to DFW-Limo.
Customer / You / Your refers to the person or entity booking or using the Services.
Booking & Payment
Reservations: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
Payment: A valid credit card or other approved payment form is required at booking. Specific payment terms (e.g., full payment vs. deposit) will be set at the time of booking.

Taxes & Fees: All prices are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, parking fees, fuel surcharges, and other charges unless stated.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be received at least 5 hours before scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fees.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations less than 5 hours before pickup or no-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
Refunds: Refunds of deposits (if any) are processed according to our cancellation policy and may take up to 10 business days.
Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms
Service Limitations
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight schedule changes, road conditions, or events outside our control.
Flight Monitoring: For airport pickups, we may monitor flight status to adjust pickup times, but we are not liable for extended delays once the vehicle has been dispatched.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers and their guests must comply with all laws and regulations during service.
Customers are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by them or their party.
Vehicles must not be used beyond their seating capacity.
Lost items left in the vehicle are the customer’s responsibility.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Interfere with the operation of our vehicles or services.
Smoke, consume illegal substances, or engage in behavior that puts others at risk.
Liability & Insurance
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Insurance: Vehicles are insured per applicable state requirements, but the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, and any disputes will be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.
